Patricia Richmond

From an early age, I was most content with pencils and paper, recording things I found of interest. This was to direct me towards my future profession in life, and I started work in a drawing office. In the evenings, I studied art at Wigan Technical College.

Working life provided experience of engineering, architectural, maps, book illustration and exhibition work.

A few years ago, I decided to develop further into fine art and other areas; with training and contact with like-minded people I have been able to develop ideas and skills. Art gives me great pleasure and there is even more in sharing this with others.
